If I was a rich girl, nananana.

I've come to the conclusion that even if I was filthy rich, I wouldn't spend a thousand dollars on a single pair of shoes. I don't care if this pair of shoes was made of gold and platinum, studded in rubies and had been kissed by Vera Wang, they're going on my feet. I will be stepping in bird poo and old spit in them. I refuse to blow a massive amount of money on shoes. Maybe that's because I happen to be a public transportation fan, so I walk nearly everywhere. Anyways, while I do love a pair of well crafted, beautifully colored shoes, I will not spend more than 100 dollars on a pair. I have always, and will always, believe that being fashionable does not need to break my bank.

Now, I'm not saying I want to go buy a pair of every knock-off shoe I can find, I'm saying I can find shoes that fits my style for a reasonable price. I'm not a big fan of knock-offs, as they are usually made cheaply, and are obviously knock-offs. I'd rather rock fashions I can afford than pretend to be wealthy. Gotta be me, ya know? :]

So, here are some shoes that I happen to like a lot, that I could afford, and that allow me to remain true to myself.
I have always been a huge fan of oxfords. So classic, comfortable, with a touch of edginess. This pair is by Steve Madden and comes in both Black and Tan. This pair is $62.96, currently on sale at zappos.com.

So, I love the patterns on these shoes. As a walkin' girl, I can truly appreciate a good pair of wedges. This pair is funky, has a bit of a tribal/futuristic vibe, and is a whopping $29.99 at your local Target. Worth checking it out!

This beautiful shoe is by Chinese Laundry, another favorite of mine. They come in both black and nude. The contrast of the vintage softness and reptile heel and platform is eye-catching and funky. Available as low as $35.99 at Amazon.com.
Okay, so, this is a bit redundant, but I couldn't help myself. Another pair of oxfords by Steve Madden. I really love this pair, and had to share. These are $69.95, also at Zappos.com.

Now, I am completely exhausted, so I am going to call it a night. I think four shoes is enough for one night, eh?
Knickers.
