I was never much of a fan of pink. It seemed too expected. I was always very much so into fashion and as I got older, my feminine streak seemed to grow. Although, my tom-boy side seemed to continue to scoff at anything pink. I look at my wardrobe now and there are a few pink pieces, all bought in the past six months, and all perfectly balanced with an edge. The pink floral blouse is worn with torn up skinny jeans and studded shoes, the pink corseted dress with the feminine poofed skirt is worn with a grey pleather jacket, shiny black leggings and knee high boots.
But why am I so afraid of being what I am? Feminine.
Well, I am making an oath to embrace my feminine side, and I think these pieces would be just the perfect start, and of course, fit nicely into my budget.
I love this little piece. It's from Forever 21, which is always hit or miss with me. It's called Pretty Layered Petals Tunic and is available for $32.30. How sweet is that collar?
These shoes are on Etsy and I adore the work that went into them. These have a classic and pretty touch to them that I think is just beautiful. I would love a pair of these. The artist is whichgoose, and the shoes are selling for $50.00. Definitely worth checking out both the artist and the Etsy community!

I am looking at these pieces and they are just not my normal personal style, but each piece is so beautiful and detailed, I feel they deserve the attention, and frankly, I think each one could do some serious good for my far too dark wardrobe.
